The latest Photoshop has an AI feature for auto-generated content, whether it's adding editing to deleting. Let's try this Photoshop feature on some Instagram posts from several influencers.
Deleting Text Caption and Some Objects in Story
For our first case, we use an image from Gibi ASMR’s story covered with a text sticker containing a caption. Here is the original image.
The goal of the image above is, we want to remove the caption sticker at the very top. Just use selection, then enter the prompt 'remove text and caption'.
And this is the result.
By default there are 3 first results from the prompt that we give to Photoshop. And each result has a different collar design. If we are not satisfied with the result, we can generate it again, until we find the right result.
Next Enhancement, Remove Laptop and Cables
The next enhancement is, we will delete some elements so that Gibi looks like she is taking a selfie, namely deleting the Laptop and Cable, the results are quite satisfying.
First select the laptop then add the prompt 'remove laptop', then select the cable then add the prompt 'remove cable', the results look like above.
Increase the Area of Photo Results
The next experiment we use is a post from Yolanda Tamara, you can check it at the following link https://www.instagram.com/p/Ccc6bnqvE2LiayC69ezexJjs_geWKka-hQaN4o0 , with Photoshop AI, we try to expand the selfie from the post in Tamara Yolanda's car above.
After downloading the image, open it directly in Photoshop, use the crop tool, and crop outside the image, enter, then the blank canvas will automatically be filled with the image.
Wait for the process, here we try to expand to the right side.
Just like the test in deleting the previous object, there are several options that we can choose for the expansion result, it can be dissatisfied, it can be next-next to the next.
